Shipping & Returns
We want you to receive your new gear as soon as possible so all orders will go out on the same day, or the following if ordered after 12pm. All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $6.50.
We use the team at Go Sweet Spot and ideally the package should be signed for when it's delivered. So, when placing your order, either make sure someone will be home to sign for it or alternatively we can ask the courier to leave it in the letterbox for you. Another idea is to have your purchase sent to a work address.
We cannot ship to PO BOX numbers. Please wait 2 - 3 working days for your package to arrive.
We offer free shipping to addresses in New Zealand only for purchases over $150. This offer does not extend to international addresses unfortunately.
Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $15 NZD. This is for a reasonable size package, anything larger than a few items will cost more and the buyer will be notified prior to sending. We use NZ Post International Air Mail with a 10 working day delivery target.
All other International orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $25 NZD. Please note delivery timeframes are 3-10 working days.
Returns Exchanges Refunds
We want to make things super easy for you because we know what it's like shopping online without trying on. What we would say is, before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size and if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are really helpful and pride ourselves on our amazing customer service and cleverness when it comes to matching your sizing.
If you change your mind or have ordered an incorrect size, returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date you received the item. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the item is on it's way back, and please use a courier or track and trace.
For an exchange you must cover the cost of shipping the item back to Flip Your Dog. We don't mind for the first exchange paying for the courier to get the right item back to you. Please just note that Flip Your Dog is not responsible for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method.
The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and all that in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.
SALE and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
How to return or exchange your purchase.
1. Before an item is returned you must email email@example.com and point out what the item is that you wish to return, and why you are returning it.
2. Our postal address for returns is: Flip Your Dog, 1 Candlestick Place, Albany, Auckland 0632, New Zealand.
3. Once Flip Your Dog receives the item back, we will either refund you or send you your new item on the next available courier - on us.
4. Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approximately 3-4 business days.
